Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase. To start the return process, please email us at mimshobbyshop@gmail.com with pictures of your item(s) and any questions or concerns.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

In the event of a chargeback or dispute, please be advised that a 6% processing fee will be deducted from any refunded amount. We encourage you to reach out to us first so we can resolve any issue together.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We unfortunately don't offer exchanges on products unless they are damaged/defective upon receipt. Please contact us at mimshobbyshop@gmail.com if you have any specific concerns or questions.

Refund Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at mimshobbyshop@gmail.com.

Returns
Unfortunately, we don't offer returns unless there is a defect or damage to the item. If you have any special concerns, please feel free to reach out to us!
